Cream of the Crop Sale and
Corn Country Commercial Goat Conference
The 2011 sale and conference will again be at the Harrison County Fairgrounds at Corydon, IN. The conference will be sponsored by National Kiko Registry and by Harrison County Purdue Extension and will be held on the 28th and 29th of October. This years sale will be held on the afternoon of the 29th and will feature goats consigned by 10 of the top breeders from around the country. The 2010 sale and conference was held October 29 and 30 in Corydon IN. Buyers from 19 states bid on 95 animals offered, and both buyers and sellers seemed very happy with the results. Goat Hill Kikos had the high selling goat ($2700), a 2007 daughter of Sunboy Stanton 149 (Nick). We also had the high selling doeling ($2500), a 2010 daughter of Iron Horse. An honorable mention was a GHK 2010 daughter of Jack Flash at $2300. The high selling buck was a 2010 buckling offered by Egypt Creek Ranch.
